Twinsburg, OH – (November 15, 2016) – This holiday season, international toy company Wild Republic needs your help to give back to children who need it the most! For the second year in a row, Wild Republic is running a special holiday campaign in partnership with the non-profit organization, Project Night Night to benefit children in homeless shelters.
Each year 1.5 million American children face homelessness. Many arrive at shelters having only the clothes on their back. Project Night Night provides more than 25,000 care packages for children at the shelters. The packages, which include a blanket, stuffed animal and a book, provide a little bit of comfort and security to the children as they go through a difficult time.
From Nov. 15 through Dec. 14, 2016, holiday shoppers who spend $35 or more on www.WildRepublic.com will receive a FREE gift, FREE shipping on their entire order – AND Wild Republic will donate a stuffed animal to Project Night Night. Throughout the season, Wild Republic is adding pop-up sales on select items and fan favorites to increase the drive for the stuffed animals donation.
“Kids are at the heart of everything we do here at Wild Republic, so this was a natural fit to support Project Night Night,” said Vishnu Chandran, president of Wild Republic. “Last year, we donated nearly 1,000 new Wild Republic stuffed animals to Project Night Night and this year we will donate even more.”
Wild Republic has opened its vault of amazing variety of stuffed animal species to allow Project Night Night to specifically choose different animals from its catalog to correspond with different books in each care package.
